Fairhope, Alabama, is a charming coastal town with beautiful bay views and Southern hospitality. The intensive takes place at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa, providing a luxurious setting that facilitates focus and strategic thinking.

For travel, fly into Mobile Regional Airport (MOB) or Pensacola International Airport (PNS)—they are equidistant from the resort. We recommend using rideshare services or booking the hotel's shuttle service for hassle-free transportation.

Plan to arrive by Friday evening. We’ll have registration open from 4:00-5:30 PM but you can also grab your welcome packet Saturday morning before the sessions start. For your departure, if you’re joining our CEO Boost program, you should plan to depart on Tuesday morning. Otherwise, we recommend booking your return travel for Monday morning, as our programming concludes Sunday afternoon (Sunday evening for VIP ticket holders). Check-out time at the resort is 11:00 AM.

• Sunday, May 4: Our second day maintains the momentum with another optional sunrise exercise and breakfast. The full-day program continues with additional keynotes and focused breakout sessions, concluding with final thoughts and actionable takeaways. For evening events, some people enjoy elevating their look while others maintain that casual vibe—both approaches are perfect. Fairhope's late April/early May weather typically delivers warm, sunny days with cooler, breezy evenings. Pack a light jacket for outdoor evening gatherings (and those occasionally overzealous conference room air conditioners!). And don't forget swimwear and sunscreen if you plan to take advantage of the beautiful beach or pool.

We understand that practice owners have demanding schedules. Our refund policy:

• Full refund (minus $100 administrative fee) until October 29, 2025

• 50% refund until December 31, 2025

• 25% refund until February 28, 2026

• No refunds on or after March 1, 2026

The intensive content is designed for those who influence your practice's direction and will be implementing high-level strategies. While C-suite executives and senior administrators typically benefit greatly, operational staff may find the material less applicable unless they're actively involved in practice leadership. Think about which team members would be most instrumental in helping execute the vision and strategies you'll develop during the intensive—these individuals would gain the most value from attending alongside you.
